We contacted Mike when we decided to purchase our own home. We were sitting outside of one of his signs and had noted that he seem to be the agent selling a lot of houses in that area. After a short telephone call with Mike We explained to him what we were looking for as buyers. He went out of his way to contact us when he had some potential houses for us to view. We viewed the houses after hours all on the same night. Mike had listened to both our budget and needs for the home. We placed an offer for one of the homes and had acceptance overnight.
