Mike was quick to respond to attend an appraisal for our house in Banksia Grove. We had a few appraisals done by other agents but we really warmed to Mike who was honest, laid back and efficient. He gave us great feedback on ideas we could do to help the sale of our house. We took all his advice on board and actioned the items he said would help and he also sorted out an interior designer to come and help stage the house for photos and when the house went on the market.
