Cheerful , helpful, efficient selling process. As UK sellers, we needed more help through the process after the sale, that is in terms of the role of the settlement agent and, in our case, the tax accountant recommended didn't have UK experience, which made a concerning delay in the short post-sale process, but we were directed to one who had. We had considerable concern that we would not be able to comply/complete in time.
Great local market knowledge and expertise - Mike was straight upfront, professional and transparent about the process from start to finish.
