I purchased this property nearly two years ago whilst working FIFO. This was not a problem as Mike sent me all the relevant paperwork to site to print off, review and sign. He always kept me informed of movements and even recommended a Building Inspector and Pool Inspector when I enquired. He is very knowledgeable of the area and seems to price houses correctly to sell.
