Mike is a down to earth no rubbish guy. Tells you how it is, and keeps you updated every step. He generally wants to sell your house for you, not for him and makes every effort to do that. Even though we didn't get our asking price exactly, it was very close to what Mike had said it will go for right at the start and we were happy with that. He knows the area he knows the market and will fight to get the best price, even in this terrible time for selling. You want a man who can sell your house at a fair price and in a good time frame and have the house next door exactly the same also up for sale? Mikes your guy (Mike I believe that house next door is still up for sale is it?)
