Friendly and professional

We’d been looking for a house for a while and kept getting knocked back at the offer stage. We saw several of Mike’s houses and he was always friendly, helpful and realistic about the asking price. Things got a bit complicated at the end with a misunderstanding between us and the seller but Mike remained calm and professional and worked through it all so everyone was happy in the end.
