Mike worked tirelessly to sell our house. From fine tuning the marketing on Christmas Day to organising everything for us to give us the best chance to sell. The photos and videos were top class. We followed all his suggestions, from staging to painting over feature walls. I didn’t think real estate agents put in any effort anymore after the two times (for 6 months in 2021 and another 6 months in 2022) we have tried to sell the house with a local agent. They got hardly anyone through the door and I didn’t even receive one offer. I knew I had a nice house and couldn’t understand not even getting an offer or people coming to look at it. On the first home open he had 10 groups through a private viewing that morning and that night. Within 24 hours I had 4 offers to negotiate with and it is now under offer. We were honestly super impressed with everything and all his advice paid off. I am still too scared to be happy. Would never use another agent. Thank you thank you thank you.
