Mike? Who's that? I had initially tried to get in touch with Mike. He did not return my initial query email nor did he respond back when I tried to call. I was instead passed on to and contacted by Kevin Dhin from Rize. Kevin did an exceptional job of answering all my questions and helped me aquire the property. Understandably, He responded within a time frame since Iam interstate buyer. He went to great lengths to make sure that I was confident and comfortable with my purchase. In a nut shell all kudos to Kevin for his dedication and hard work. Unfortunately, this is the only platform from where I can rate an agent's service. Hence the 4 stars. I would have given 5 to Kevin and -0 to Mike.
