Mike constantly hounded us with queries/issues/questions throughout the purchasing process, however when we needed to contact him, he would not answer and never got back to us. When it came to negotiations Mike was frankly, a bully and a liar. He only ever contacted the 'pushover' in our relationship in order to get things done his way. Settlement was a nightmare, which culminated in us waited over an hour for a final phone call that was promised and never came - resulting in us having to go to the agency's office ourselves. Positive side note - anytime we needed help, Nicole from Crowne Real Estate was lovely and very helpful, we are very thankful for her assistance.
