He was knowledgeable of the area, the era my house was built and explained how it would be perceived by buyers and the positives about my house he would present. Being 60 years old the house had the original kitchen and bathroom but is very solid, large rooms and very liveable and affordable for first home buyers. Mike listed the house and immediately had enquires from his extensive list of clients. The house was quickly under contract and finance approved all for a very good price. I could not be happier.
