From negotiations through to settlement, they went above and beyond to make buying Dad’s new home as smooth and stress-free as possible. Mike kept us informed throughout the negotiation process and communicated clearly at every stage. He even rang the following day to explain that a further $5,000 increase would make Dad the preferred buyer. We really appreciated his honesty, personal follow-up and professionalism. Lisa was fantastic from our first meeting. She patiently answered our questions, followed up promptly when needed and even made special trips to measure the fridge and washing machine spaces. She also arranged early access with the owner’s daughter so Dad could store his belongings before settlement, helping us avoid additional storage costs. Kirsty showed genuine care when she rang to advise us that the owner’s daughter was distressed after learning council works would be commencing on the property and was worried about the impact on Dad. We were already aware of the works and were able to reassure Kirsty that there was no need for the owner’s daughter to worry. We appreciated her thoughtfulness and keeping us informed. All three knew about the difficulties and delays selling Dad’s Adelaide property. They personally called to check on us, offer help and reassure us that Dad’s Queensland settlement could be extended if needed. Their kindness and support meant so much to our family.
