After interviewing several local Agents in the lead up to selling our property in Ringwood, we were most impressed with Michael Muncey’s attitude, knowledge, marketing campaign strategy and network of active buyers. From the first day that Michael was appointed, he got to work on the campaign and arranged furniture, photos, video, copy, brochures, and had private inspections lined up even before the first open for inspection! We knew at that point that we were in good hands. It was a load off my mind knowing that behind the scenes Michael was actively working on the campaign, and all that I had to do from my end was to ensure that the lawns were kept well mown.
