The approach Michael took to sell my property I believe is what sets him apart from the rest ! He spoke to me and listened to what I asked of him and his professional experience and expertise did not allow him to make some ridiculous claim of what was achievable. He offered solutions to ensure that whatever the result that I was entirely happy and the whole process completely transparent. Most of all he made it clear verbally and in writing that if he did not achieve what I wanted that he would not sell the property ! I put my faith in him and the end result ? a sale price above expectations, happy days :)
