Not the cheapest agent, but well worth it!

I am thrilled with the outcome of the sale of our property in Warranwood which i listed with Mike Nelson. Prior to listing the property i spoke to several agents. I decided to list with Mike Nelson from Hoskins real estate albeit the commision rate was very slightly more than the others. It was the best decision i could have made as I firmly believe that Mike and Maria achieved a price that the other agents would not have, and did so professionally and with minimum fuss.
