They are open to suggestions, listen to your needs and have a great understanding of the local market. They don't make you feel pressured like other agents I have dealt with over the years having brought and sold many properties. They don't push expensive advertising, brochures etc to have their face/name out there, they know the real estate market and what works in our area and the current climate they are working in. I highly recommend to have them do an appraisal of your property if you are thinking of selling and give you insights into the different ways they can make it happen.
