Despite a couple of bad experiences with agents Mike proved to live up to his agency's name and was very professional. We visited the area on a Sunday afternoon to look through a property which was not suitable. Mike happened to be in the office and we approached to see if there was a chance to have a look through a property he had listed. He was able to accommodate through his vendor and we made an offer the following morning. Took a few days of negotiation but we remained in constant conduct until we reached the deal. Mikes service didn't end there, we were able to take another look through after exchange and were also able to store a few things on site until settlement to make life easy. The whole process was a pleasure and Mike was certainly accommodating on more than one occasion. Recommend you give him a call if you are buying or selling in the Harrington area.....
