Both my wife and I had initial discussions with Mike a number of years ago regarding possible movement with our housing situation. Now commenced another process and again Mike was on hand to guide and assist as we prepared our property for sale. After a couple weeks we listed with Mike. Our add went live on a Sunday evening under Mike’s recommendation and through the week he fielded enquires, and kept us involved in the process. Our first open was the following Saturday and then the Monday evening following. Both opens we had impressive numbers through and by Tuesday we were presented with 7 offers, settling with one we though was fair but a great offer. To say we were happy with the process doesn’t do Mike justice. Both my wife and I are thrilled with the final result, but more than that - we were kept calm and involved through the detail of our house listing.
