Mike Speakman was recommended to me by an acquaintance who had sold a property with him and spoke very highly of him. I was actually selling the property on behalf of my parents who were in a nursing home. Mike meet with mum and I at the property whilst packing up their belongings and he was professional, honest and included mum in the conversations and advised us of what we needed to do to get the property ready for market - he even helped us acquire a cleaner to get the property in tip top condition. We then signed and the house was sold very quickly before the open home and meet expectations. Mike kept us abreast of everything during the process and recommended a conveyancing company. During the waiting period an issue developed with the building Mike then liaised with the other owners of the units on the property and the company involved in rectifying the issue.
