I was recommended to Miles Howell by the Jenman Group based in Sydney. I wanted an honest and ethical agent (which should not be too much to ask), and after having received and read the literature regarding the Jenman system, I felt very comfortable in using him. The sale took nine days to achieve, went unbelievably smoothly, and Miles managed to gain for us a better amount that we had expected. He was the ideal agent, taking a quiet and confident charge of the whole process, and all in all, it was a very enjoyable experience. Now how many vendors can say the same! When it becomes necessary for us to use a real estate agent again, we shall have no hesitation in utilising both the Jenman system and Miles Howell, and we are happy to recommend him to others.
