OUR EXPERIENCES WITH KINDRED REALTY OF ROTHWELL.

We met a lovely young lady called MIRIANA when we booked a viewing of the house in Deception Bay. MIRIANA welcomed us in a most friendly and relaxed manner , while remaining professional at all times. We loved the property and actually bought it that night, after a little negotiation between us and the sellers. MIRIANA took every care to make sure we were happy with the purchase and kept us fully informed throughout the weeks before settlement. When there were problems near to the settlement date MIRIANA made sure to reassure us that the sale was going through and even liased with our lawyers to allow us to take possession on the day scheduled originally, even though the settlement was delayed by 5 days. MIRIANA and BEN HYRAPIETIAN came to greet us on the day we moved in, with a beautiful boxed gift set of wine, a cheese board, a candle cheese knife, champagne spread and a packet of gourmet biscuits, and their congratulations and best wishes. Since moving in MIRIANA has rung to ensure we are happy with everything and has found out anything we had questions about. We will definitely deal with MIRIANA Of KINDRED REALTY OF ROTHWELL and have already recommended them to our friends.
