Bad communication, unprofessional
Mish was very pleasant and engaging at the start of buying our property. She appeared transparent, honest and friendly. That soon changed. Mish was extremely difficult to negotiate with, never valued our input or time, was extremely unprofessional and consistently dismissed us. Further she assured us the seller would do something at the property prior to settlement, we asked to put it in contract and she said it would be done. It wasn’t done and she refused to take ownership. We offered her the opportunity to fix the issue and she manipulated the situation. It shouldn’t be this hard to buy a house.

I’m sorry to read that this was your experience of the purchase, as that was certainly never my intention.
Throughout the sale, I worked hard to communicate openly, accommodate your requests where possible and support a smooth purchase, whilst also representing my seller and acting within their instructions.
There were times when the outcome you were seeking was not something my seller was prepared to agree to and I appreciate that this may have been frustrating. My responsibility was to work within my client’s instructions and the terms ultimately agreed to in the contract, while communicating with you professionally throughout the transaction.
While we clearly have differing views of the experience, I genuinely wish you both all the very best in your new home.
