Mitch was a welcome change in my buying process and displayed amazing authenticity. Being an interstate buyer, I wasn't able to see the property in person and Mitch has a Facebook walk through available and was 1000% open about engagement and buyer feedback. Having had three previous purchase attempts where agents sold properties for less than the asking price without calling me back or giving me a chance to bid, I was disheartened to say the least. Mitch was readily available, kept me informed and did it with a relaxed and supportive attitude.
