Mitch is polite, very easy going and friendly to deal with. He makes you feel relaxed from the first phone call. He answers enquiries day & night and even on weekends. He is the sort of person that makes you feel like you'd invite him to a BBQ even though you don't really know him. I have never personally met Mitch as I live in another state and listed our property with him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their property in the area. Professional and very helpful throughout the process so far

Mitch was a welcome change in my buying process and displayed amazing authenticity. Being an interstate buyer, I wasn't able to see the property in person and Mitch has a Facebook walk through available and was 1000% open about engagement and buyer feedback. Having had three previous purchase attempts where agents sold properties for less than the asking price without calling me back or giving me a chance to bid, I was disheartened to say the least.
