This is the second property transaction I have had with Mitch having purchased off him a few years ago. He always kept me informed and I got a phone call and update every time there was an inspection and the house was sold within 4 weeks. The negotiations were handled professionally and promptly and more importantly with our best interest at heart. I will most definitely use Mitch again when I want to sell and would highly recommend him to anyone considering selling.

I HAVE KNOWN MITCH FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS NOW AND HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO OTHERS SO WHEN IT CAME TO OUR OWN HOUSE, THERE WAS NO QUESTION AS TO WHO WE WERE GOING TO USE TO SELL OUR HOUSE. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, AND ALWAYS KEPT US UP TO DATE WITH THE WHOLE PROCESS. I WOULD ALSO RECOMMENDED THE AUCTION PROCESS AND FURTHER TO THAT, RAY WHITE AS A MEANS TO SELL A HOUSE THROUGH THE AUCTION PROCESS. FURTHER TO THAT, I BELIEVE THAT THE PRICE WE ACHIEVED FOR OUR HOUSE WAS A RECORD PRICE FOR OUR AREA ON A DRY BLOCK, AND NOT A WATERFRONT PROPERTY!

We have been dealing with Mitch Rowe for 10 Years now.
