My wife came back from shopping and said theirs an auction on down the road so off we went. We met the real estate agent Mitch Rowe and as we had never been to a house auction he showed us around the house with not one bit of pressure and explained what to do or not to do at an auction. On auction day the heavens opened and we thought no one will turn up but as Mitch stated if someone wants the house the weather is of no concern. He was so right, there was no room in the under cover area to hold the auction as it was full of bidders and the auctioneer had to conduct the auction under an umbrella and the fist bid was over my expectations and it finished over Mitche's valuation.
