Mitchal and his partner Elkie were outstanding. Mitchal was recommneded by a friend who is a probate lawyer. She had seen him running an auction, and was very impressed. (As a probate lawyer she goes to a lot of auctions as the signatory) Mitchal and Elkie worked really hard and were unfailingly professional and friendly. They communicated patiently and well, even when I had stupid questions. They were very knowledgeable about the neighborhood, and the ins and outs of real estate in general. It was clear that Mitchal had lot of experience. They were punctual and did everything they said they would do. I have never had an experience like this with any other estate agents! They got 83 different groups through the house in 2 weeks, and went door to door our street and several nearby streets, twice(!!) I heard from my neighbors that they followed up with reminders about the upcoming open houses as well. My next door neighbor is a retired estate agent, and she said she's never seen anyone work that hard, and that I was in VERY good hands. They landed 4 offers and sold the house in 2 weeks. I am very pleased with the price Mitchal negotiated, which was 15% above the valuation, in a market just barely recovering from a slump.
