Mitchell was straightforward and friendly from the start and we had confidence that he understood our situation. His suggestions about preparing the house for sale were clear, focused and realistic. He kept in touch during the preparatory period and was responsive to our requests. He gave us confidence in his assessment, which exceeded our expectations, and this was justified by the price his team achieved. Payment of the balance of the deposit to us was not received for nearly a week after settlement and after a couple of reminders. This marred an otherwise excellent experience.
