Any sale of a property induces a state of anxiety in the vendor, particularly if it does not sell immediately. This was the case with us, given the market uncertainty during the COVID outbreak when the property was listed. This led to frequent calls to Mitchell with queries on the state of the sale. Mitchell allayed our concerns with reassurances of all the options available and the possibilities when one avenue for a sale was faltering. The other staff were very attentive and genuine in dealing with us - a very pleasant group of people all round - everyone looked happy to be working with the agency. The 4 star rating is the highest I ever give in any survey, whatever the subject - I have never given 5 stars.
