I approached Wiseberry Real Estate about selling our property and they had multiple buyers ready to inspect off the market. We had the whole team walk through and get in touch with their buyers and after only 4 days of prospective buyers walking through, our house was sold with no marketing costs needed! Mitch knew the prospective buyers, was friendly and professional and kept in touch throughout the whole process (even going to the office on a Sunday so we could sign paperwork).
