Mitchell Koczka

Les Salem and Mitch Koczka from Wolf visited me a number of times to chat about the market over probably about a year before I was ready to put my house on the market. Due to the difficult market conditions I decided to go with a different, "more experienced" Agent to sell. Unfortunately despite appropriate attention my property did not sell over the roughly 8 months I had it on the market & I withdrew it from sale in Feb 23. I must have been called/visited by nearly every agency in Earlwood, plus agents from Campsie, Ashfield, Bardwell Park and Inner west after my sign was taken down. I gave a consistent story to everyone. This is the price I want, if you have the right buyer, they can come visit, but don't waste my time. Les turned up at my doorstep last week & said he and Mitch had a buyer. I gave them a 1 week agreement, and they closed the deal in 4 days and negotiated a price I am very happy with. What can I say ... Wolf is a closer! Les and Mitch make a great team, with excellent communication throughout the process, they listened to what I wanted, & went out and made it happen!

I was a little anxious selling my house I started using another group, however when talking with Mitchell and Harry I was convinced you guys would deliver the goods. After a few days I could see Mitch and Harry had put in a lot of work so I could grasp the price I wanted. There was a bit of pressure working with Mitchel and Harry I knew I was in the right place. I could not believe how many people went through the house. Every person left Emails, and phone numbers, hundreds a week. Mitch kept up with frequent meetings and texting, pretty much one a day. I received data on the number of groups, comments and the phone list. Mitchell was great, and a nice person. Lots of people use the cheap method of selling. I have learnt the lesson, good agents can put you into something you could not have achieved without an agent. Mitch’s expectations were founded, I did not get a weekly report, I got a report at least 3-4 time a week. It is no wonder that Ray White Newtown achieved 4.9**** stars Mitch gave me lots of advice and he came through, I had a value for my property and I achieved the amount that I wanted. Exactly. Thankyou Mitch and Harry. I had a very good relationship with Mitch and Harry, our meetings were easy and good and lots of laughter. I am very happy with them and would recommend Mitchell and Harry. Mitch and the Ray White team operated with absolute professionalism through the sales process. Communication was always prompt and I was kept up to date each day with regard to new prospects and viewing feedback. Mitch has a genuine and affable personality always ready to go above and beyond what it is traditionally required. It’s easy to write a positive commentary after a successful outcome, however, that is not what motivates these words. I’ve learned many lessons in my life two that come to mind over the journey with Mitch and Harry are 1). Excellence is the ability to exceed expectations and 2). When on a journey of unknown destination its better to have a guide than a map. The professionalism of Mitch and Harry fulfilled these two truths. After the first meeting the journey was clear and the destination in sight. A clear strategy and financials allayed our fears. A comprehensive marketing strategy ensured we would attract all interested parties. Ongoing reports and phone calls always kept us on track. However, the marquee practice that they understood and used effectively was their ability to understand people and their motivations to buy and sell properties. They applied this skill effectively and guaranteed a positive outcome. I was surprised at the outcome and the joy of the vendor and purchaser at completion of the journey. Customer service and excellence are not obsolete practices as I have suspected for some time. Congratulations Mitch and Harry, counselors and guides.
