How did that happen?

Les Salem and Mitch Koczka from Wolf visited me a number of times to chat about the market over probably about a year before I was ready to put my house on the market. Due to the difficult market conditions I decided to go with a different, "more experienced" Agent to sell. Unfortunately despite appropriate attention my property did not sell over the roughly 8 months I had it on the market & I withdrew it from sale in Feb 23. I must have been called/visited by nearly every agency in Earlwood, plus agents from Campsie, Ashfield, Bardwell Park and Inner west after my sign was taken down. I gave a consistent story to everyone. This is the price I want, if you have the right buyer, they can come visit, but don't waste my time. Les turned up at my doorstep last week & said he and Mitch had a buyer. I gave them a 1 week agreement, and they closed the deal in 4 days and negotiated a price I am very happy with. What can I say ... Wolf is a closer! Les and Mitch make a great team, with excellent communication throughout the process, they listened to what I wanted, & went out and made it happen!
