Mitchell and Lynn's market assessment turned out spot on. Rather than look at our property against list of other properties they'd sold locally (as others did) they were able to relate ours to select sales examples where the connection wasn't immediately obvious. Their initial price estimate ended up being right at where we sold. Their recommendation for sales strategy was considered within the current conditions and in hindsight pleased it did not involve auctioning where other agents would not consider any other options. The marketing package was impressive and showed the house as we knew it and didn't set any misleading expectations. The whole process was over quickly and it was a pleasure to work with them both.
