Placing our largest investment in the hands of people we first didn't know was difficult. For us, Lynn was that smooth tempering negotiator that made the pre-sale activities so easily manageable. Her strength is in listening and then helping shape what you have said into realistic actions - a real time saver. While both Mitchell and Nick made sure we had the most up to date information about the market, understood the changes in that market as they occurred and taught us a thing or two in how to remain connected to the house (it was our first with our three boys) but also be able to disengage far enough so emotions and hearts weren't over ruling genuine market value and a positive approach to the sale.
