I was very happy with Mitchell in the way he dealt with the sale and the way he conducted himself. He was very professional and kept me informed with the updates. He gave me advise but unfortunately I didn't listen and was hanging out for more. Unfortunately the house is only worth what people are willing to pay and the longer it stayed on the market the less interest. Mitchell was trying to look after me and an advise me but I thought that I knew better. In hindsight if I listen to Mitchell I would have sold the house earlier and for more. We love to think that house is worth more but we're not in the house market and Mitchell is and he knows his market. Although we might not like to hear what he's saying but believe me you will be better of if you take his advice.

The whole process of purchasing the house was quite frustrating secondary to the seller's behaviours however Mitchell was empathetic and tried everything in his power to respectfully influence the very unconventional methods of negotiations into open and transparent communication.
