It all started with fantastic photos that were true to how the house looked, a great marketing campaign leading to a wonderful quick sale to the right buyers. Then we hit a snag!!!! A storm hit and damaged the house. Mitchell was fantastic in dealing with the buyers, keeping them updated for us on how progress was or was not going with the insurance company. Because he kept on top of the situation and informed the buyers all the way along, we were able to put our energies into the insurance repairs.
