Mitchell was easy to work with, he told me his plan for sales and followed through the home opening etc. without me needing to intervene or keep calling him about progress. He kept me informed of all potential buyers and how he was negotiating with them for better pricing, which eventually got me the higher end of my expected price. Initial offer was at least $40k lower than my lower expected price range, but Mitchell told me to hold off the sale despite potential prices falling due to increase interest rates. he kept seeking past keen property investors and found one willing to pay the right price. Mitchell was absolutely incredible. When we first looked at buying, Mitchell was more than accomodating and let us see the house straight away. Once we had all the contracts, Mitchell was always keeping in touch and giving us updates on how everything was going. He allowed us to do another inspection when needed and gave us advice from his personal experience on what we can do with the house. Could not recommend him more!

What made Mitchell stand out from the other agents for me was the fact that he was straightforward and used data and evidence to back up his statements and no overzealous claims of grandeur nor over-promising. He was upfront and honest on what I was to expect with every stage of the sale process and was diligent with keeping me abreast with every development.
