We contacted Ray White Erskinville to assist in marketing our property in Newtown. Moira was keen to accept the challenge. From the outset she put together a strategy to get the best result. In a short and busy campaign Moira was extremely professional. She kept us informed and up to date with all inquiries, inspections and details and made all necessary arrangements. We were successfully able to sell our property at auction. We would have no hesitation to recommend Moira, Sean Stoker & Ray White Erskinville for all inner west property dealings.

Moira sold two properties for us in 2020. One got away just before COVID-19 hit. She did a fantastic job advising us on what we should do to prepare the property for sale and she attended the property whenever required, to give the tradies access and inspect their work. The place looked incredible, the timing was perfect and we were thrilled with the price we got. Happy days! Then, just as we were launching our second property onto the market, COVID-19 hit. Suddenly open inspections were restricted and a property that we thought would go 'like hot cakes' just wasn't getting the traction we needed. Through all of this, Moira was fantastic. Most agents can sell a great property in a hot market but it takes real skill and experience to sell a property in a market that is heading south. Moira carefully advised us each step of the way. She never pushed us to take a deal but she stuck with us and when the property did finally sell the sale price exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Moira!

Moria brought a wealth of knowledge about the local market, an effective and professional approach to finding the right buyers, and strong set of resources and capabilities to execute the sales campaign. Our association was a long one, as our plans and priorities changed several times over a number of months. Moria needed patience, persistence and focus to deal with our evolving needs while ensuring we got the best commercial outcome from selling our home. While our house sold at auction, it was Moira's careful management, throughout the campaign, of our expectations and those of potential buyers, that got the deal done. It was the kind of professional sales job that leaves both vendor and buyer happy - we felt we were in the right hands.

Hi Sean and Moira, Just wanted to drop you a quick email to acknowledge the wonderful job you both did for Ness and I in selling our Erskineville property on the weekend. We appreciate that it has become a more challenging market over the last few Covid months and yet you managed to secure great interest in the property and a very respectable price. Loved your determination and tenacity Moira! You are both a credit to the industry and the Ray White network and we’d be happy to recommend you to others.

Moira made the whole process enjoyable. She was professional, helpful and most importantly transparent the whole way through and we would highly recommend her services to any vendor considering selling their property.

As buyers who had been looking for over a year, we have come across almost every agent at every agency within a radius of 10kms. Moira stood out for us - she was a pleasure to work with - genuine, helpful, responsive and willing to engage in a dialogue to get to the right outcome. Though there was no doubt that she was doing the right thing by her client, she was able to bridge the gap between us and the vendor in a pragmatic and professional way to get to the right outcome. Thanks again for all your help Moira - we are happily installed in our new home which wouldn't have happened without you!

This was our first time working with Moira on the sale of one of our properties. Moira, from the get go was curious and supportive in our needs and timeframes. She made the entire process seamless and was always available to answer any questions we had along the way. We would use her again in the future without question.

Moira, thank you for helping us find our first home. Our search took two long years and dealings with several real estate agents in Sydney. Unlike other real estate agents, your approach was personal, genuine and transparent. This culminated in the best possible outcome for all parties involved. You have a real strength in building rapport quickly and by the end of the process we were friends and celebrating success together! Moira, thank you again for making what can be an incredibly stressful experience quite the opposite. If we're ever looking to sell, we'll definitely come knocking on your door!

We purchased a house from Moira in Newtown. She was a pleasure to deal with. Very trustworthy and highly recommended. If we ever need to sell we will definitely use her.

I selected Moira at Ray White as she had the right balance of sales and service, balanced with a genuine, transparent approach. I found some agents I spoke to were too salesy and not listening, but simply continually doing a one-way pitch, while Moira listened and understood what I was looking for and needed, which is critical particularly when dealing remotely and with a time difference, as I was overseas. As a result, I have found when Moira calls or emails for a final go ahead on something, it is absolutely the approach I would have taken and a simple, smooth process. Particularly given the nine-hours’ time difference – the communication and professionalism was outstanding. Using a mix of email, WhatsApp text and calls, as appropriate, to keep in touch, connected and updated. My dealings with Moira have also been enjoyable through the process. Moira’s ability to build rapport is one that I am sure is an asset with potential buyers and manage both clients on the vendor and the buyer side to get the best outcome for everyone. I would highly recommend.

Having enjoyed meeting Moira last year, Ray White Erskineville was the agent of choice to sell my home. Moira’s easy going nature and “can do” approach helped the process to flow successfully. I wanted to sell my home off-market and the sale happened very quickly. Moira managed the process very professionally, resulting in a stress-free experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Moira to the Inner West community.

Moira is extremely personable and seems to get on with everyone. In the occasionally stressful moments of selling she is a very calm and smiling face always. We were delighted with the way she responded to us and also worked with her own team; we always felt supported by a whole team that was on the same page with each other. All her advice was spot on too. Her whole team seemed to like her a lot as well.
