Moira and I met on a property just before the 2019 Election when Auction Rates were in the low 40%, during the interest and bidding process, I tactically was trying to get the property for as competitive a price as possible, and although on the opposite sides with different objectives (so to speak) Moria walked the difficult line of representing the best interests of her client and treating me with professional courtesy. When our best and final bid was turned down, I was impressed that Moira matched us to an off-market property (no one else in the six months we'd been looking) which we subsequently purchased. So, if you are selling and want to know your agent will "sweat" your asset or you want someone to actually match you as a buyer to a property (rather than just throw properties in the hope one sticks) I'd recommend Moira, she does need to work on her cookie baking though (bit soggy!)
