Guided us through the whole experience with a helpful, honest manner that made us feel confident that we were in good hands. Extremely helpful with assisting us in getting the house ready for sale. Whole team were quick to respond to any queries that we had. Always felt that the Team had our best interests at heart.
Patrick, Monica and Anthony are an absolutely fantastic team! They were great with communicating and working through some challenges that arose throughout the process. A special shout-out to Monica for going above and beyond to support in every way she could.
My husband and I had Pat, Monica and Anthony take care of selling our house and to be honest we didn’t feel stressed at all. Their professionalism exceeded our expectations in both how they communicated to us and also through their market knowledge. This gave us a lot of confidence when going through this process as we have heard from many people it is usually a stressful time. Needless to say again we didn’t feel stressed at all, instead we felt really taken care of. And everyone was so kind as well, thank you again Pat, Mon and Anthony!
Patrick is your man if your a vendor! My real joy in this expectation came from his assistants Anthony and Monica as a buyer. They provided the heart felt support and service that I needed. So as a team they are dynamic! Thank you Team Patrick for helping through my journey and entry into my new beginning. You are definitely a five star team!
Patrick and the team did a great job in selling our house in view of the very difficult housing market conditions. We especially want to thank Monica for all her hard work and flair in preparing our house for sale - the team did an incredible job, and it was a pleasure liaising with Patrick and the team.

Patrick and Monica - what an AMAZING team! They worked above and beyond our expectation, they took real good care of the sale of my parents' rental property and managed to turn it around in super fast time and achieved a very satisfying result for us. Thank you for your wonderful work and we are genuinely grateful for all that help.
The team was a delight to work with. They gave me constructive advice on how to upgrade the house. Highly recommended.
Patrick and Monica, thank you for doing a great job selling our property. I really appreciate all your hard work and the correspondence through text and phone calls was fantastic, we always felt kept in the loop. Thank you for getting us a result that we were happy with.
Patrick and Monica provided constant updates on how the sale was progressing and were happy to discuss any queries. They also assisted massively with completing some works on the unit prior to sale particularly as I live out of Sydney nowadays.
I recently purchased a property through Patrick Lang. He and his colleague, Monica Carollo, were thorough, efficient and professional through the whole process. I was a first time buyer and was initially an unsuccessful bidder on a number of properties. Patrick’s advice and suggestions were invaluable in helping me secure a property. His knowledge of the Lane Cove market is extensive and I recommend him highly to both buyers and sellers.
A smooth and transparent first purchase experience with Patrick, Monica and Anthony Communication was also very prompt from start to end.
