Christian and Monica are an excellent team. From the start, the process was clearly explained. Because the tenants had moved out and the property was empty, Christian suggested styling. The house looked better than when we had our own furniture there ... and we were provided with a portfolio of photographs to keep. Christian also suggested some maintenance and he and Monica organised the quotes, the tradesmen and the payment. Monica handled the paperwork which was clearly explained and Christian even helped sort out an issue we had with Council. All of this was done while I was dealing with the bereavement of a close family member and was overseas for most of the time - even during settlement. Calm, helpful, professional and if I were to move into the area again, they would be the agents of choice.
