I did a fair bit of research prior to selling as I live interstate. I identified Monica as one of the best agents in the area and was not disappointed. My house had been rented out and allowed to be run down by the previous rental agents. Monica identified the work required and put a proposal together with detailed costings, she organised all the trades and made sure the work was completed quickly.
