While comparatively new to the field, Monica more than makes up for that with an outstanding work ethic (answers late calls about small details and follows up questions and buyers out of hours), impressive attention to detail and excellent communication and rapport building skills. Whilst we had a tricky sale due to a variety of factors, it was Monica's ability to attract and keep a buyer interested that achieved the result we required in the timeframe we needed.

Most people have a slight wariness of Real Estate Agents (they are after all Salespeople). With Monica and Jon we immediately felt so comfortable with them. We felt that although they, of course have to do the right thing by their clients, the Vendors, they also really wanted us to purchase what was right for us and guided us accordingly. Very happy with Monica and Leigh as the representatives to sell my house. It was a longer journey than planned, and for me a rather stressful and sad decision to sell.
