Communication was face to face for two meetings, the first was an informal get to know one and other, the second was in her office and was a relaxed meeting on strategy. Monique introduced me to her business partner, Pheonix. Together I was treated with respect and received some great advice. Because of distance our communication method needed to change, this was handled through an app. It worked fabulously, not a problem, even for me. Their Market knowledge was spot on, I could not be happier. Both Monique and Pheonix are totally Professional and I do thoroughly recommend them.
