We had a fantastic experience working with Monique who consistently went above and beyond for us to ensure we had a smooth and successful sale of our house. Monique is extremely knowledgeable about the areas she services. Her optimism, expertise and dedication greatly impressed us. We highly recommend Monique for anyone seeking a top-notch real estate agent in the Illawarra who is guaranteed to deliver results.

Monique was a pleasure to deal with. From the day she appraised our property to the day we sold we found her to be 100% authentic and genuine, which is very uncommon in the real estate space. She provided confident advice every step of the way and was a brilliant communicator - easy to reach, happily answered all of our questions, followed up after inspections and provided plenty of updates. We'd definitely recommend Monique and would hope one day she would come up to Sydney to help sell our other place.

Couldn’t be more pleased with Monique, she worked all weekend including Saturday and showing our property on Sunday to achieve an offer which we accepted by Sunday night. Highly recommend Monique to anyone looking to sell.

We sold our property with Monique Field and honestly was blown away by not only her professionalism but also how down to earth and respectful she is . Nothing was a bother and both Monique and Phoenix went above and beyond to make it a very easy , carefree sale . They are both extremely down to earth, kind, respectful and extremely good at what they do . Highly recommend.

Monique was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We loved her common sense approach to the market appraisal, pricing & marketing strategies and expectation setting. She provided confident advice based on her expertise but we never got the sense she was talking out of turn or beyond her knowledge. She was excellent with communication - easy to reach, happily answered all our questions, followed up after inspections and provided plenty of updates. We knew she'd be approachable and appealing to potential buyers with her warm personality. We'd definitely recommend Monique and would use her again.

Thank you Monique for allowing me to say a few words of you handling the sale of our home in Flinders. When you first visited our home prior to covid 19 to discus a sale price, I had no hesitation in inviting you into our home. We were not ready at that time to downsize, you kept in touch over the next eighteen months. Finally we were ready to make the move and we had no thought of selecting any other selling agent. Yourself and your selected team were at all times totally professional, on the market Saturday some Fifteen couples/singles viewed our home, you started the sale on Tuesday and we could'nt be happier with the sale price and your attention to our needs from day one. Thank you Monique and Phoenix. John and Pat Cosgrove.

When we decided to put our property on the market, Monique was the first agent we thought of. Monique sold our first house in 2015, and we could not have asked for a better agent. Monique was up front and honest, and got us a quick sale with a great price. With our current property, the market was extremely tough, however Monique worked hard to find us the right buyer and again got us a great price for our home. We could not recommend Monique highly enough and appreciate her honesty, dedication and commitment to selling our home.

Monique was thoughtful, understood my needs and really kept me calm during a stressful time. She was honest, always answered my questions honestly and worked for my best interests. This was my first time selling a home and I was so lucky to have had Monique guide me through it.

Monique was amazing she took all our stress away and made selling our house easy Everything ran so smoothly She is so friendly and caring Wow wow wow so greatful for her help

Referral for Monique Field & Phoenix Smile Team Elite Realestate Thanks Monique, Phoenix & Team. As never sold a property before didn’t know how to go about it? From what I noticed, they tailer your sale individually to suit your particular situation. Monique & her team did an excellent job of handling the sale of my property which for me sold unexpectedly quickly & at a good price. Was uncertain about how to go about selling my property. Upon seeing her add for Monique Field Smile Team Elite Realestate, briefly read couple of reviews so made contact. On contacting Monique & team, found they were only too helpful in guiding me through the necessary steps required to sell my property. Advice on who legally should contact i.e., a solicitor as legal contracts need to be drawn up. Progressively as time went on, they took me through each individual stage of the selling of my property. Result was you don’t become overwhelmed by it all. From go to whoa they calmly guide you through what’s required from you or others & when to do it. They speak calmly to you in plain easy to understand language & treat you with respect. I recommend Monique Field & Team if you’re thinking of selling your property Scott Makin

I’m incredibly pleased with the service I received from Monique during the sale of our much-loved home for many years. we first met Monique while searching for a new property, and seeing how both herself and Pheonix handled the open homes for other vendors, there was no question that we would use their services. With a wealth of experience and knowledge of the area and proven success we knew we knew we were in great hands and felt very comfortable during the whole process. Monique and Pheonix both showed such professionalism and due diligence, and the opens homes were always a success due to their attention to detail. The communication was absolutely fantastic with frequent correspondence and feedback during the process. Most importantly due to the efforts from both Monique and Pheonix we were able to achieve a great outcome. we will continually highly recommend the services of Monique and Pheonix to anyone who is looking to sell. Thank you again!!!

Monique was an absolute pleasure to deal with. My property required several repairs before sale which Monique promptly organised quotes and trades for. She also managed to have open houses whilst keeping the current tenants onside to ensure the property was shown at it’s best, which resulted in a quick sale with a great result! I Happily and Highly recommend Monique Field Property. Thankyou!!
