Talk about impressive - let me waffle on for a moment about the meaning of "impressive". We had decided to sell our beautiful home - such a blessing to have lived in and loved this place but needed to make some lifestyle changes. Time to call Monique. Over the period of several weeks with deadlines looming to sell and buy, it was as if Monique was working 24/7. Visits, calls, texts and emails kept us up-to-date with all that was happening almost to the point where it was necessary for Monique to move in with us just to make things easier. Our nerves were frayed and our faith in humanity itself was pushed to the limits as an exchanged sale fell through right after we had also exchanged on our new dream home. However, Monique swung into action, akin to the Bat-Signal being seen above Gotham and the Caped Crusader answering the call for help! Giving the finger to a cooling market and those who said she would not be able to achieve our asking price, Monique didn't let us down. From the advertising and marketing of our property, to bringing in our washing if we were out when there was an unexpected visit by potential buyers, not to mention counseling us through some unexpectedly increased stress levels. At the end of the day, we sold our house at a fantastic price, to a wonderful family who will love and adore it as we did.
