Overall, I found Monique to be a good estate agent to deal with as a buyer. She was polite, kept me informed and explained the process well/politely. We did have an issue with the neighbours fence being deemed dangerous/unsafe upon getting a building inspection done, this issue with the fence was managed straight away by Monique and was rectified and fixed very quickly which was appreciated my end. I'd recommend both Monique and McGrath. McGrath always put on a good open house and those small marketing efforts make a good open home impression.
