We’ve worked with Monique previously, so it was a no-brainer when it came time to sell our property. From the outset, communications were quick, open and efficient. Monique outlined the campaign in detail, and was open to input from us. All aspects of the sale, from the advertising plan, the fee structure, open houses, and anything we were required to do was explained in detail. We received regular, clear feedback from the amount of views online to potential purchasers opinions from the open days, which helped us immeasurably. Our sale took place during a particularly challenging time, with poor weather, elections and public holidays to deal with, but Monique navigated them with ease. Assisted by her associate, Phoenix, who is clearly cut from the same cloth, the process was a lot easier than expected.
