I had the pleasure of Monique, Phoenix and Jordan selling my home. It was a difficult situation for me but I felt supported and cared for at every stage by Monique and her team. They weren't 'just' real estate agents doing their job well, I felt their genuine care in the way they communicated and managed my property and sale. It's not often you find an agency that is more about what's best for you, rather than what's best for them, but I truly felt that the team looked out for my best interests from start to finish. Monique is excellent at her job, knows the market inside out and effortlessly guided me through the entire process, but above all is a genuinely warm and caring person, this showed not only in her approach to my home and sale but also how she communicated with me from start to finish. Phoenix and Jordan worked hard on open homes each week, and market data was prepared for me prior to listing, so I had a thorough understanding of what was happening and when during the process. Nothing was too much trouble and as a first time seller, I felt completely at ease with the team.
