On our first inspection, Monique took the time to walk us through the property and was so kind and patient with both myself and my children. She made us feel comfortable and genuinely took the time to understand our family’s needs. We especially appreciated her flexibility. Monique was happy to meet with my husband and me at a time that suited our availability, even outside the scheduled inspection times. Her communication throughout the entire process was excellent. She kept us updated, regularly checked in with us, answered our questions and made sure we understood each step of the purchasing process. She was supportive, approachable and genuinely invested in helping us through the process. We never felt pressured and always felt that our needs were being considered.
