Monique was a pleasure to deal with: always available to communicate with, always on top of the work that needed to be done between the "offer" and "settlement". She was friendly and honest. I really appreciated the fact that she cancelled an open house - and held a house for us without in any way seeking a higher offer from elsewhere.
